Kacy Cioccia
Kacy is our Certified Nurse Injector. She has been a nurse for 13 years. Before her career in aesthetics nursing, she worked in the Emergency department and Cardiac Cath Lab.

Mary Beth Hagen
Mary Beth Hagen founded TITAN Aesthetic to support great injectors in great practices providing great patient outcomes. Working in aesthetics since 2005, Mary Beth developed a strong knowledge base within the industry while working at both Medicis (now Galderma) and Allergan. While the BOTOX® Cosmetic product manager, she supported the launch of the Crow’s Feet Lines indication and created marketing programs like BOTOX® for Friends (BFF). She also worked closely with the FDA to protect the supply chain from importers and to protect providers that do business with strong ethics. As the National Account Director, she worked with corporately-directed organizations in aesthetics and understands the clinical and business side of aesthetic injectables.
Working with injector and physician key opinion leaders within the industry helped her develop the concept behind TITAN Aesthetic. Top injectors combine art and medicine to provide the best patient outcomes, so Mary Beth developed the TITAN Aesthetic Screening™ protocol to identify potential injectors with innate aesthetic aptitudes and strong communication skills. Patient safety and natural results should always be top of mind for aesthetic providers and Mary Beth hopes that bringing new injectors into the market with the right foundational training can help support great patient outcomes for years to come.
Kevin Harrington, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
Kevin Harrington, founder and owner of Face-Time Aesthetics, has been a nurse for almost thirty years and has been involved with aesthetic injectables for over 20. Awarded the Top 100 Best Aesthetic Injectors in America 4 years in a row, Kevin has dedicated his career to treating patients well and teaching new injectors safe injection techniques and principles.
Kevin is a faculty trainer for both Galderma and Allergan in addition to serving on the faculty for the Academy for Injection Anatomy with Dr. Chris Surek. He is also the owner of Face-Time Training Institute. Kevin teaches physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants and nurses in beginning, advanced, and master-level courses on the use of fillers and neuromodulators and travels the country conducting training courses on the proper use of aesthetic products. Kevin is also an Associate Professor at the University of South Florida and is also the Affiliate Director Cosmetic Dermatology (The National Academy of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners ® (NADNP) )
Kevin is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners in family medicine and is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the Florida Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.
Wendy Collins
With more than 30 years of experience in diversified sales management, consulting, analytic, supply chain, and eBusiness experience, Wendy provides expertise in sales leadership, talent development, consultative selling, relationship development, strategic planning, training and project execution with appropriate resource allocation.
Prior to joining TITAN, she worked at Allergan for 13 years in a variety of roles. She was a Senior District Manager for NY, NJ, NH, VT. Wendy also was a Senior Allergan Practice Consultant, working with aesthetic practices in the areas of financial analysis and procedure values, human resources issues, internal and external marketing, leadership training and team building, sales training, compensation and aesthetic practice development.
A Massachusetts native now living in Florida, Wendy will support your needs in finding the right aesthetic professional fit for your practice in the Eastern United States.
